It's my first time to stay hotel in freetown , on the main road and easy to access everywhere , Food at Rooftop Restaurant was nice , Staff was friendly and caring. Room was clean 🛌bed was comfortable. My friend liked the swimming pool and was accessable in night also.

Serra Palms Hotel, was our home away from home for 3months. From the GM Nitin Ghugo, who facilitated our stay, nothing was to much effort from Nitin. House Keeping ensured our rooms where well stocked with water tea & coffee, and they ensured our laundry was taken care of and returned the same day, and the rooms were spotless.

Location was perfect for us because it was near the beach and we even did our morning walks on the beach nearby. We had great time by the swimming pool Restaurant Room was clean and service was good. View from the room was nice.
